Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 5, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to Guesterra subscriptions, Founding Access subscriptions, Credits, and other paid access to the Guesterra Platform.
It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Payments and refunds may be processed by a third-party checkout provider acting as Merchant of Record and may be subject to its applicable transaction procedures.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund request is eligible where both of the following conditions are met:
the request is submitted within 48 hours of the relevant initial or renewal charge; and
no Material Use has occurred during the billing period associated with that charge.
This applies both to first-time subscription payments and renewal charges.
We may review account activity to confirm whether Material Use has occurred.
Refunds may also be issued where:
the same charge was processed more than once;
an incorrect amount was charged;
a refund is required by applicable law; or
Guesterra approves a refund in another exceptional case.
Requests submitted after the 48-hour period are generally not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law or approved as an exception.
3. Material Use
For the purposes of this Refund Policy, “Material Use” includes:
sending Initial Outreach through Guesterra;
scheduling or launching paid outreach;
accessing, revealing, copying, or exporting paid podcast contact information;
using Credits for a paid Platform action.
The following activities do not, by themselves, constitute Material Use:
creating an account;
completing onboarding;
creating or editing a Client profile;
creating a Campaign;
generating, reviewing, or editing a draft pitch;
reviewing podcast recommendations without accessing paid contact information;
viewing previously created Campaigns during limited read-only access.
Follow-Ups approved and paid for during an earlier billing period may continue according to their existing schedule after that paid period ends.
The continuation of those previously approved Follow-Ups does not constitute Material Use of a new renewal period.
4. Cancellations and Renewals
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for:
the current paid billing period;
a partially used subscription period;
unused Credits;
unused features;
limited read-only access after the subscription ends.
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days remaining in a billing period.
Failure to cancel before a renewal date does not automatically make the renewal charge refundable. However, the renewal charge is eligible under the 48-hour rule where the request is submitted within 48 hours and no Material Use has occurred during the new billing period.
Previously approved Follow-Ups may continue according to their existing schedule after cancellation, expiry, non-renewal, or a failed renewal payment, as described in our Terms of Service.
5. Founding Access
Founding Access is a recurring pre-launch subscription and is subject to the same refund and cancellation rules described in this Policy.
Features and workflows may change during the Founding Access period as the Platform is tested and improved.
A change, limitation, adjustment, or removal of a pre-launch feature does not automatically create a right to a refund, provided that the Platform remains materially available for its intended purpose.
Dissatisfaction with results does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.
Guesterra does not guarantee podcast bookings, replies, interviews, email delivery, inbox placement, leads, revenue, or other business outcomes.
6. Suspended or Terminated Accounts
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service are generally not eligible for a refund.
This includes suspension or termination related to:
spam or unlawful outreach;
misuse of podcast or contact data;
fraud or unauthorized account use;
attempts to bypass Credits, billing, or Platform limits;
violations of third-party rights;
other abusive or prohibited activity.
This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact:
support@guesterra.co
Please include:
the email address associated with your Guesterra account;
the date and amount of the charge;
the relevant invoice, receipt, or transaction reference, where available;
a brief explanation of the request.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the payment, account ownership, and eligibility.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method through the Merchant of Record or payment provider.
The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment method, financial institution, and payment provider.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
