Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Guesterra subscriptions, Credits, Early Founding Access, and related fees. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Guesterra is operated by Norrin Radd.

1. General Rule

Unless required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable.

This includes subscription fees, seat fees, used Credits, unused Credits, Early Founding Access fees, promotional fees, discounted fees, unused time, unused features, and any other amounts paid for Guesterra.

2. 24-Hour Refund Request Window

You may request a refund within 24 hours after a payment is processed, provided that no material use of the Platform has occurred during that period.

Any refund is subject to review, applicable law, payment provider rules, and our discretion.

3. What Counts as Material Use?

If any of the following has occurred, the payment is not eligible for a refund under the 24-hour window:

  1. connecting an inbox, including Gmail or another email account;

  2. creating or completing a Client profile;

  3. creating a Campaign;

  4. generating AI-assisted pitch content, follow-ups, reply suggestions, scores, rationales, search parameters, or recommendations;

  5. viewing, using, copying, exporting, saving, or relying on podcast data or contact data;

  6. creating podcast lists;

  7. sending test emails;

  8. sending initial outreach emails;

  9. scheduling, approving, or sending follow-up emails;

  10. using Credits;

  11. accessing premium partner or network tag details;

  12. booking or attending a strategy call;

  13. receiving a written report, recommendation, review, or other plan-specific service;

  14. using any paid feature or paid plan benefit.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, unused Credits, unused features, or partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Early Founding Access

Early Founding Access is a limited pre-launch offer.

Payments for Early Founding Access are non-refundable except under the 24-hour refund window described above, or where required by applicable law.

If a refund is issued for Early Founding Access, we may revoke access to the Platform, remove unused Credits, cancel related plan benefits, and withdraw any founding, promotional, or discounted pricing attached to the account.

6. Discretionary Refunds

We may, at our discretion, approve a refund outside the 24-hour window or in cases where material use has occurred.

Approval of a refund in one case does not create an obligation to approve future refunds.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

If your payment is processed by Paddle, Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record for that transaction. Approved refunds may be handled through Paddle and returned to the original payment method.

Processing times may depend on Paddle, your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider.

If Paddle is not the payment processor for your transaction, refunds will be handled through the applicable payment provider.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us first at support@guesterra.co so we can review the issue.

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or similar claim, we may suspend or terminate your access to Guesterra while the matter is reviewed.

If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back, we may revoke access to the Platform, remove unused Credits, cancel plan benefits, and withdraw any discount or promotional pricing attached to the account.

9. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, consumer, or statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

If applicable law gives you stronger refund rights than this Refund Policy, those legal rights will apply.

10. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to support@guesterra.co within 24 hours of the payment.

Please include:

  1. the email address associated with your account;

  2. the payment date and amount;

  3. a brief explanation;

  4. any receipt, transaction ID, or order reference available.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
